GESTÃO ESTRATÉGICA APLICADA A UMA MICROEMPRESA DE ASSESSORIA

Abstract

Consider the movements that will be performed by the organization is essential to be able to conclude in the best way all intended actions, these propositions go directly through the Strategic Management. The present study aimed to propose tools used by Strategic Management in a micro-company that operates in the field of advisory services for the purpose of recognition of European citizenship. To this end, a descriptive research was carried out, based on a bibliographical survey and case study, with a qualitative approach. Thus, it was observed that there is full possibility for the use of the tools that were described. Thus, the due analyses carried out and the presentation of its application mode, allowed managers to know more about this subject and to think about continuing to explore these activities for the benefit of their business.
