Abstract

O tema da aplicação de precedentes de tribunais superiores em instâncias julgadoras administrativas provoca questões realmente interessantes e de várias ordens. Gostaria de abordar alguns temas relacionados com as decisões do Supremo Tribunal Federal que resolvam questões sobre a constitucionalidade ou inconstitucionalidade de leis e atos normativos.
