Abstract

A regulação da internet é tarefa complexa, que envolve muitos atores no cenário internacional. É difícil o estabelecimento de bases comuns entre os países que se propõem a regular o ciberespaço. Essa atividade se tornará praticamente impossível se cada país estiver dividido internamente. Por esse motivo, os Estados soberanos devem adorar posições únicas no cenário global para que não se inviabilize a existência do mundo virtual.
