Abstract

uma das fundações democráticas é a liberdade de expressão, pois é uma forma de realizar o direito de informação. Concebida como uma liberdade pública, há discussões sobre a possibilidade de lhe impor limites jurídicos. Estes servem de ponto de partida para o que este artigo intenta, que é tratar da (im)possibilidade jurídica do titular da liberdade de expressão restringi-la, a autorrestrição através da autonomia privada.
