Abstract

O presente artigo propõe-se à análise da Lei 14.434/2022, que alterou a Lei n.º 7.498/1986, para estabelecer piso salarial em benefício dos Enfermeiros, Técnicos de Enfermagem, Auxiliares de Enfermagem e Parteira, uma vez que o estabelecimento de piso salarial por Lei Federal, questionando se a imposição de uma obrigação para efetuar despesas aos Estados, Distrito Federal e Municípios, sem o devido suporte orçamentário/financeiro, ofende o pacto federativo e desrespeita a necessária autonomia política, administrativa e financeira destinada aos entes federados.
