Abstract

Este artigo tem como foco principal analisar o acórdão que confirma a sentença condenatória como um marco de interrupção do prazo prescricional da pretensão punitiva estatal. Para melhor adentrar no assunto abordar-se-á o posicionamento dos tribunais superiores na resolução de demandas.
