REPENSANDO AS FONTES DO PROCESSO CONSTITUCIONAL À LUZ DO CONCEITO DE JURISDIÇÃO CONSTITUCIONAL
Abstract
o presente artigo tem por objetivo analisar os fundamentos que resultam no debate sobre a constitucionalidade do atual conjunto normativo que regula o processo constitucional, disciplinando as ações de controle abstrato de constitucionalidade perante o Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF). Ainda busca examinar o anteprojeto de Código de Processo Constitucional elaborado pela Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB), e, a partir desta análise, ponderar quais são as perspectivas do processo constitucional brasileiro.
