Abstract

Abstract: the years of 2021 and 2022 have been presenting a new platform foi doing business, entertainment and offering public services, the Metaverse. Large cities around the world, such as Seul, in South Korea, have been encouraging the provision of public services and the financing of large projects using this technology, in the search for a more efficient and shorter execution time to meet the interests of its citizens. In Brazil, the metaverse has been studied so that public services are used by its citizens with greater efficiency, agility and speed. It so happens that public entities must observe the provisions of the Federal Constitution of 1988 and lower legislation to guarantee the principles linked to public services in general and the rights of users of these services, such as the protection of personal data, integrity in the management of the public treasury, universalition, isonomy, equality and efficiency.
