OS NOVOS HORIZONTES DAS RELAÇÕES DE TRABALHO NO CONTEXTO DA AUTONOMIA NEGOCIAL COLETIVA
Abstract
The labor world has undergone profound transformations, resulting from new ways of organizing production and the impacts of technological progress. The 2017 labor reform, with its advances and setbacks, led collective bargaining to the central pact of labor relations, but equated individual dismissal with collective dismissal, a controversial issue that was subject of a decision with general repercussions by the Federal Supreme Court (STF). We propose to examine the most pressing issues in this context, such as the role of good faith in collective bargaining, the consequences for non-compliance, and the economic and social scenarios that need to be taken into account in the discussion, all with the aim to provoke more effective responses of the dialectic between the State and the social actors.
