Conceptual Definition and Activities of the Editorial Team
- Editor-in-Chief and the Associate Editor: responsible for the overall direction of the RDP, with duties including ensuring the scientific quality and integrity of the published content, defining editorial guidelines, guiding the journal's editorial policy, and overseeing the management of the editorial team, representing the journal within the scientific community.
- Associate Editors: assist the Editor-in-Chief and the Associate Editor in the editorial process, being responsible for coordinating the peer review process, selecting expert reviewers, and making decisions regarding the suitability of articles within the scope of the RDP.
- Editorial Board: composed of researchers and experts in Public Law, and serves as an advisory body to the editors regarding decisions on editorial policies, publishing guidelines, and ethical issues. It also contributes to the review of articles, the definition of thematic areas for the RDP, and the maintenance of the scientific quality of the articles published.
