The Public Law Journal (RDP) is the official scientific journal linked to the Stricto Sensu Graduate Program in Constitutional Law of the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research (IDP). With a scope focused predominantly on themes related to Public Law, the journal also aims to host academic productions of an interdisciplinary nature, notably through the organization of thematic dossiers that promote critical debate on contemporary legal issues. The journal's purpose is to serve as an instrument for the dissemination and continuous updating of scientific research, stimulating academic exchange and contributing to theoretical and methodological improvement in the field of Law.
